Vendor spaces are free to all Bryn Mawr Business Association members! If you are not already a member, please join here or mail a check for $300 to the Bryn Mawr Business Association for your 2024 membership. Checks can be mailed to BMBA PO Box 604 Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.

A space large enough to accommodate a 10’ x 10’ tent is provided.

Vendors must bring their own table, tent, signage, trash bins, etc. Electricity is not provided.

Food vendors must follow Montgomery County health regulations.

We encourage you to sell your store's products or distribute promotional materials/samples.

Booth spaces will be assigned the week of the event.
